In loving memory of David Comerford who sadly passed away on 6th September 2025, with his wife Heather by his side.
David was a Father, Grandfather and Great Grandfather who will be missed dearly.
David had a wonderful life and met some amazing friends. He loved sport, started rowing with his brother John at Southampton Coalporters rowing club before moving and staying at Southampton Amateur Rowing Club. He had a strong passion for rowing has been passed down to his son and later granddaughters. He talked of his tug of war days too.
What he loved more than sport was his family. His family will hold onto those wonderful memories of holidays, days out, Christmas time but most of all just the wonderful man he was.
Just heard the sad news that David has passed away . May the Holy Spirit embrace you David , as you finally Rest In Peace. You always made time to chat after mass at St .Edmund’s ion a Sunday Evening xx Rest in peace lovely Man .

Sorry to hear of Dave’s passing. Dave was such a great man always smiling and cheerful. He will be sadly missed down the club. RIP Dave.
