In loving memory of Stuart Spiers who sadly passed away on 4th September 2025.
Devoted husband of Olwyn, and adored father to Laurel and Elliot, beloved son of Gladys and the late Pat, and treasured brother to Alison.
Stuart will also be remembered with great affection by his wider family, including his parents-in-law, sisters- and brothers-in-law, nephews, and not least Loichie, one of many dearly loved feline companions.
Stuart was a cherished friend, a gifted massage therapist and confidante, who brought comfort and joy to all whose lives he touched. Stuart's warmth, humour, and kindness will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
In keeping with Stuart's wishes, we ask that those attending the service wear colours rather than traditional mourning black. Family flowers only. Stuart's love of nature was at the heart of who he was. In his memory, we invite you to plant something in your own garden as a living tribute.

To dear Olwyn, I’m thinking of you so much since I heard the news of Stuart’s sudden death & I want to send my deepest condolences to you and to Laurel & Elliot for tomorrow and for your great loss. We’ll all miss his good humour & ready smile.

We are all shocked and deeply saddened by the news of Stuart’s sudden passing.
We have such fond memories of the happy times our families spent together down through the years when the children were young. Stuart was a real gentleman, a kind and wise soul.
