As you can imagine Heather and Steve never discussed their wishes with each other, but we all know that Heather would want any gifts to be directed elsewhere. If you feel the need, please donate via the link on this webpage – all donations go directly to the charities, Emmanuel House whom Heather raised money for last year at the Robin Hood Half Marathon. If you wish to look at what the charity does, please copy and paste the link below.

Also to note, Heather’s older sister, Sally, will be running the Robin Hood Half Marathon on the 28th September in Heather’s place. Jack, Heather's Son, will also be running the Mini Marathon too – they will be running for the charity Safe Families UK. If you would like to sponsor their run please use the 2nd just giving link on this page.

Mon amie, merci pour tout ce que tu as été. Tu resteras toujours dans mon cœur 💙
Heather, your smile lit up a room and it was a joy to do your wedding flowers when you married your lovely Steve. We know how very loved you were by your family, too, hearing stories from Gill. Your memory will shine on like the bright star you were xx
Heather, your light, love and passion is an inspiration to us all. We will always remember your smile, laughter and kind heart. Sending love and strength to Heather’s family and Steve, Jack & Luke x x

A bad but very natural photo from Heather and Steve’s wedding. Memories were of us all guessing that Steve organised the food because it was the most any of us had ever seen or eaten in one day! A beautiful and memorable day celebrating your love xx

Celebrating Heather’s bday in Manchester…. Yes it was Tiger Tiger back in the day. We always loved Heather’s bday parties in Nottingham or Manchester as it brought everyone back together after our year abroad.

This photo was a few weeks into meeting in France. Heather wanted to know what her would look like dark so I stuck my head over so she could get a photo…. But then she didn’t want her spot showing! Classic Heds having us in stitches

For the Avignon crew that will know what laughter this photo of Heds and Shmicles brought to us all!!
This is what we called one of our core photos from an hike during our year abroad in Avignon. Heds played a huge role in how close we all became. Her hilarious stories, funny interpretations of whatever was going on brought so much laughter every day.
Jack and Charlotte’s shared 6th birthday party. I have such fond memories of sharing the planning (and everything that came with it) of jack and Charlotte’s birthday parties with Heather for the past couple of years. I will her dearly xxx
Many happy memories and many many photos with the good old digital camera era! We had so great times and you would always make us laugh with your Heatherisims. Beautiful heart xxx

End of year celebration and leaving do for Heather.
Heather was pure gold—selfless, kind, and always up for a laugh. Christmases with her and Stephen were wild: Limoncello flowing, music blasting, us dancing like lunatics in the kitchen. She lit up every room and will always light up my heart. Love you. xx
Remembering the fun, happy times we all had together. We all miss you so much.💔xxx
