I was so saddened to hear of Maureen's passing. She was a wonderful lady , who showed so much compassion especially to Nicki's friends during Nicki's illness. Always there for her family. I had only recently found out that not only was Nicki and I great friends but that Maureen and my own mum had been best friends as teenagers but we hadn't realised that. May you rest in peace. X

Our darling Maureen, you took us under your wing as part of your family and became another mum to us both. As godmother to Lauren you became more of a Nan to her.
For everything you’ve done for us, all the love you’ve given us, we are truly blessed and thank you. to have had you in our lives has been a privilege. You always knew when something was wrong and put us straight with your words of wisdom and your love. You were such a strong person, always there for everyone and enough love to go around no matter what.
Your strength during Nicky’s illness and on losing her was courageous even though your heart was broken.
Even when your end was near, you still made us laugh and held our hand as you squeezed it to say you would be ok.
You are one in a million, the strongest lady with the biggest heart. We will miss you so much and promise to help look after Dave until you are both together again. Sleep tight our beautiful angel
We love you,
Debbie, Sean, Lauren and Ryan xxx
