In loving memory of Patricia Petrie who sadly passed away on 20th August 2025.
Pat was a lovely, warm person, always ready with a laugh and a smile. She loved to travel and from a very young age travelled and lived all over the world. Family was extremely important to Pat and she will be remembered as a loving wife, mother and grandmother with many friends too. She was extremely active and loved all kinds of sport including swimming, badminton and bowls. A beautiful person, inside and out - she will be sadly missed by all who loved and knew her.
Pat's Funeral, Remembrance and Celebration of her life will be on Friday 12th September 12.30 at Cissbury Barns in Findon. We know Pat loved the sea and so we would like the day to be themed around 'colours of the sea' and so please feel free to wear something in line with that if you wish.
Pat asked for 'a good send off' so if you are able to attend and make Pat's day a memorable one it would be lovely to see you. Please let me know if you can attend so I know how many will be there.
We ask for flowers just from close family please and if anyone wants to donate we would be grateful if it went to the charities we have chosen - St Barnabas Hospice who provided wonderful care to Pat and Cancer Research UK for the incredibly important work they do.
