In loving memory of Christine Ball who sadly passed away on 14th August 2025.
Christine was not only a mum/wife/nan to our family & friends but she was the glue that kept us all together.
All of Christine’s life she has continuously looked after her own mum & father /nieces & nephews in the early years & then her own family.
Christine loved her job as a machinist working from home in the early years & then went into work once both daughters were old enough to support themselves. At the age of 48 Christine suffered a massive heart attack & then at 50 had a double heart bypass. Her strength & determination & love & support of her family gave her the Will to carry on.
Christine loved organising & catering for family parties…this is where she excelled.
If you came to the house ….Christine always had an apron on as she was always cooking & baking.
Christine loved colour….she liked her colourful blouses & dresses.
The British Heart Foundation played a important part in mums well being…so much so she played a big part in raising money for this important charity raising funds by doing the things that she exceeded at & that was baking & knitting for summer & Christmas fayres.
Christine loved Roy, Kathryn, Mellisa, Rob, Paul & her grandchildren Amelia & Pearce. Spending time with the family & having a drink. Christine loved a whiskey & lemonade at night & a gin & tonic or a lager & lime.
Christine/our mum/wife/nan after all these years of suffering with your health and watching you deteriorate..it’s now time for you to be at peace & pain free. Even though our lives & hearts are broken we are immensely proud of the life you had & fought for but most of all for being the heart & soul of our family. We all miss you more than words can say. Love you xxx
