Laura Michelle Edmonds (21 Feb 1980 - 31 Jul 2025)

In loving memory of Laura Michelle Edmonds who, sadly for us, was promoted to glory in heaven on 31st July 2025.

Laura was 45 years of age and leaves behind her husband of 23 years, Roger, and their four wonderful children; Keziah (17), Anastasia (16), Saraya (14) and Zadok (11). She was a much loved daughter and much loved sister to her five siblings.

It would be impossible to sum Laura's story up in a list of dates or achievements or facts. That simply was not who she was or what she valued. Laura was loving, kind and humble - a great listener and friend. She lived a happy life, being content with what she had and who she was. She was always grateful to her Lord and saviour, Jesus Christ, for his presence, forgiveness, love and assurance of eternal life.

Laura's funeral will take place at 12-noon on Wednesday 27th August at Chatham Evangelical Church. This will be followed by a burial at St Peter's Church, Bredhurst at 1430. Refreshments will follow at Bredhurst Village hall on the same road. The 'dress code' will be traditional funeral attire with lilac/purple accessories. There is an open invite for all to the service and refreshments. The burial will be for those who identify themselves as close friends/family or for those who need to join this to help their processing of Laura's death. There is no pressure on anyone to attend.
