On the 4th August 2025 in hospital Denys sadly passed away aged 87 years.
Denys was beloved Husband of Joyce and dearly loved Dad to his children, also grandad to his three grandchildren.
He had a love of the seaside, particularly Scarborough and animals including their cats and dogs, Patch, Duke and Scooby.
Funeral service will take place at Dewsbury Moor Crematorium on Tuesday 26th August 2025 at 11.15am. Traditional (black) mourning clothes optional. Flowers will be received before the funeral, donations in lieu may be placed in the collection box provided on the day for the family’s chosen charity RNLI. Denys will be sadly missed by all his family and friends and remains in the hearts of all. Following the service attendees are invited to continue sharing fond memories of Denys at The George, 76 Moor End Ln, Dewsbury WF13 4PD
