My darling sweet boy Jack,
I miss you every day and think about all the chats we had either in person or by phone, the laughs, your cheek and even the sweet ones.
You were growing to be a wonderful young man who everyone loved. You made me so proud to be your mum,i will cherish the memories we had together until we meet again.
You will never be forgotten and although life will never be the same without you in it, i take some comfort that you have found your peace.
