My lovely uncle Robert, such a kind and caring uncle, I really enjoyed and appreciated our catch ups on facetime, both him and aunty Irene checking in with me regularly really meant the world to me. Such a resilient and free-spirited person, nothing phased him, not even getting locked down in Sharm, his home from home. Just carrying on as normal as he could with his best friend by his side. Him and Irene, such a wonderful loving couple, my heart goes out her, Terry, Linda and all of the family during this difficult time.
Robert could make me laugh without even trying, he was just a funny, lovable & outgoing character who had a warm welcome for everyone he met. He will never be forgotten, and I am lucky to have had him as my uncle. “I love you” and a blow kiss was always how we signed off on our facetime chats, so for the last time….I love you uncle Robert, goodbye until we meet again one day.
