Funeral Director
In loving memory of Hannelore 'Hannah' Coppin who sadly passed away on 10th July 2025.
It is with a heavy heart that we share the news of Hannelores passing. She held a very special place within our family and we hold many fond memories of her in our hearts. Hannelore, or Ommi as she was known to me, was a vibrant and outspoken woman who had a mischievous way of saying things that should get her into trouble without actually doing so. Outspoken is a word I thought hard about using as it can sometimes be seen as negative however I am sure that the vast majority of people who had the privilege of knowing and loving her will understand the reasoning for its use. Hannelore will be sadly missed, she has touched and brightened the lives of many people and we would love for her funeral to be well attended to celebrate her life.
Hannelore had a great love for flowers and as such she has expressed that she would like no funeral flowers to be displayed in the ceremony. Whilst we understand this is unusual we do please ask that you respectfully accept her wishes and instead of buying flowers to please make a donation to Havens Hospice using the link included. There will be a single flower arrangement on top of the casket , the placing of a single rose at the end of the ceremony will be accepted should people wish to do so.
Can we please encourage all people wishing to attend the ceremony to wear colour rather than black. We wish for this to be a true celebration of Ommi’s life and we feel that colour would represent her far more than black attire.
