In loving memory of Sarah Relf who sadly passed away on 4th July 2025
It was so sad to hear of Sarah's passing. We got to know and work with Sarah through the Swift Project and always admired her dedication to the cause. We will always miss her and hope we can continue the work that she believed so passionately in.

I went to the same secondary school - Rosebery- with Sarah and have fond memories of us on a Geography field trip wading through rock pools and sharing a dorm. I caught up with her in person recently at school Christmas reunions. I will remember her as a beautiful honest and funny person that gave me support to just talk - especially when I suddenly lost my Mum and later my husband. I send my condolences to all Sarah’s family and friends. It all must be very difficult for you all to lose someone so special.
I’m not sure if I can attend the funeral or wake so apologies in advance.

So lucky to have worked with Sarah, a wonderful human being. She will be much missed by all who knew her.
