David James Haynes
Aged 87
Passed away peacefully at
Mountbatten Hospice, West End
on 1st July 2025 with his wife, youngest son
and daughter-in-law at his side.

He will be dearly missed by his wife Mary,
his children, Theresa, Paul, Mark and Jonathan,
six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren
for his kindness, compassion and generosity of spirit.

A funeral service will be held at Wessex Vale Crematorium,
Bubb Lane, Southampton on Wednesday 30th July at 2pm.
Followed by a gathering of friends and family at the
Brigadier Gerard, Horton Heath to celebrate David’s life.

Formal dress with bright colours.
