On 28th June 2025, peacefully in hospital after an illness bravely borne, of Hanging Heaton, Dewsbury, aged 79 years, Andrea, beloved wife of the late Ian, much loved mum of Helen, Richard and Andrew, very dear mother-in-law of Jill, dearly loved grandma of Tom, Oliver, Harry and Willow and proud great grandma of Ollie, Poppy, Rosie and Vienna and a dear and loved sister of Susan. Funeral service will take place at Dewsbury Moor Crematorium on Friday 25th July 2025 at 12.30pm. Relatives and friends please accept this intimation. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu may be made online or placed in the collection box provided for the benefit of Wakefield Hospice.

It was a privilege to have Andrea as such a lovely neighbour for so many years. The beautiful cardigan she knitted for Frankie earlier this year was, and still is, our absolute favourite.
