RIP David. Unfortunately I was not in a position to attend funeral. Such a lovely guy. Always asked after myself & my dog George when online. Chatty friendly man at classic car social meetings & took time out to chat with me too. Will be missed.

David was a well respected member of this club. He always brought energy, mirth and intriguing stories of local life in Medway over the decades. He will be missed by all the leathermen; may he rest in peace and rise in fabulous glory!

David was a very good friend. We enjoyed many walks together with Peter Baldry (another friend we have lost) and other friends, and many Sunday lunches, sometimes when it was only the two of us. We always had a good time.
