In loving memory of Frank Pooley who sadly passed away on 15th April 2025.
Frank was diagnosed with "mixed dementia" in 2023. Mixed dementia is a condition in which a person has more than one type of dementia. A combination of Alzheimer’s disease and vascular dementia is the most common type.
There is currently no cure for any type of dementia, making dementia support so important for patients and their families.
