In loving memory of Kevin John Hake, our wonderful father who sadly passed away on 13th April 2025 at the age of 67 with his family by his side.
Not only have we lost a dad but a best friend and inspiration who will be truly missed and never forgotten.
Please join us to celebrate the life of our incredibly strong and caring dad at The Garden of England Crematorium on Thursday 8th May 2025 at 2pm and then at Eastchurch Village Hall following the service.

Kevin has requested that no flowers are bought for the funeral and that donations are instead made to The Royal Brompton & Harefield Hospital where he received his lung transplant in 2015.

A message from your sons to wish you farewell.
Words can't describe the heartache we all feel for losing such an amazing dad at such a young age.
You have been through so many obstacles throughout your life, yet you never gave up or let them get you down. You always came out a stronger man, that we all knew.
Even through this recent cruel time, you tried your very best to beat that terrible disease.
You showed your determination and courage, and left us hoping for the best together with you.
You have taught us that no matter what life throws at you, we can, and will get through it, and most times, be better men for it.
You have always provided for us and your six amazing grandchildren.
For the rest of our lives, we will cherish the memories and good times we shared together.
We didn’t often tell each other, but you showed us your love in so many different ways ; you were always here to help out and we are grateful to you.
We were brought into this world by such an independent, strong and inspiring man ; we will do our best to live up to you.
Your legacy will live on, we will never forget you.
We will cherish every moment we shared with you.
Until we meet again, we all miss and love you tremendously.
