In loving memory of Matthew David Fray who sadly passed away on 5th March 2025.
Matthew was a fun, loving and generous person who always underestimated just how much people liked him. We would like to invite you to come and celebrate his life with us.
The charity we have selected is AMMF, the Cholangiocarcinoma Charity. This is the condition that took Matthew from us, and so we thought it fitting to raise both funds and awareness of this type of cancer.
We would also like you all to join us after the funeral ceremony at The Command House pub in Chatham. Use postcode ME4 4TX to navigate to the Riverside car park - the pub is at the far end of the car park, by the river.

I shared a brief time with Mathew in hospital when I had my Whipple. He was a lovely man. Sorry for your loss. Rest in peace mate 🙏🏻

Today we will say goodbye to one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. My book club compadre, and gig companion over the years. Matt was charming, witty, kind and an all round good egg. His sense of humour was brilliantand used to make me laugh so much, we just got on so well, Matt getting my comedy quips too. It was an honour and a privelege to have known Matt and call him a friend. Gonna miss you matey. RIP fine Sir. ❤️
