I cared for Eileen from 2021-2023. She was a beautiful soul and always stayed in my thoughts. I have many wonderful memories from the time I spent with Eileen and I shall never forget her.

A one in a million. Eileen’s zest for life and people was infectious. Her sense of humour was always a delight and her energy and enthusiasm for her next adventure… be it getting her 1 st brick sized mobile or relearning to drive after her illness.. she made them all happen and work for her. Eileen and i met when I started my first job as a health visitor in Aspley. Eileen shared her vast experience with me and eased me in! We became firm friends and although i moved to London and became a midwife we shared some very special catch ups. Eileen's optimism humour and love of life was infectious and it was seen in its full glory after her encounter with meningitis. She lived life to its full and i feel so lucky to have shared her world. We miss you already Eileen. Thankyou for being you. Alethea
