In loving memory of Patricia Ethel 'Pat' Lewis who sadly passed away on 9th January 2025, aged 99 years.
The funeral has been arranged at Medway Crematorium for 4 February 2025 at 3pm, followed by a reception at Bridgewood Manor Hotel.
