Will never forget our Christmas Eve with John at The Crown Pub Elford. Came back to Elford Lowe for cheese and biscuits and another wee dram. John gave us a demonstration on our exercise bike!! Think he was pedalling backwards and ended up on the floor looking upwards.
So funny. Loved you John. xxxxx

This picture is very special, this was when John, built the wall round the front of the house of Oakfield Road, then years later a wall round the back. He made these as memories for us, he was such a funny man always there to make you smile. RIP john xx

Lord, now lettest thou thy servant depart in peace according to thy word. For mine eyes have seen thy salvation, Which thou hast prepared before the face of all people; To be a light to lighten the Gentiles and to be the glory of thy people Israel.

Lord God hold and cradle our dear friend Johnnie. That your final resting place be in the blessed eternity of heaven. Amen
