Steve, you were a truly kind and gentle man, whose strength and courage shone brightly throughout your battle. You fought valiantly, until the very end, leaving a void that will be felt by all who knew you.
We take comfort in knowing that heaven has gained a special angel, one who will continue to watch over Sandy and his family with the same kindness and love he shared so freely. Your memory will live on in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to know you.

Uncle Stephen,
You were a man of warmth, kindness, relatively few words but a big heart, you spoke with your actions and we were truly lucky to have you as our uncle. Your courage, strength, and selflessness throughout your illness was a true testament to your character, and we are comforted knowing you were surrounded by those who loved you the most in your final moments. Whilst you will be dearly missed, having you to miss is a privilege.
All our love,
Caitlin & Kieran
