In loving memory of Jay Cook, who sadly passed away on 14th December 2024. A Father, Partner, Brother and a dear friend to many.
After a tough battle over the last 9 months Dad, Jay, Cooky fell asleep at peace surrounded by his beloved Charlie, Ricky, Sophie and Brandon, just how he wanted.
We would all like for you join the celebration of his life and ask you kindly for no flowers and donations to Willen hospice who provided a level of care, that our family will NEVER be able to repay. Our Willen Angels!

Rest easy Jay, we had great times together with you working on the doors when I was DJing many years back we became Friends . you ,me and Harold had some great laughs that I’ll never forget .
