Jean Edwards (20 Aug 1948 - 16 Nov 2024)

In loving memory of Jean Edwards beloved wife of Allen, mother of Claire Jones and Helen Maycock and grandmother of Alex, Samuel, Olives, Joseph and Ella sadly died on Saturday 16th November at Winchester Hospital.

A Thanksgiving Service celebrating Jean’s life will be held at 1200, at St Francis Church, Pilgrims Close, Chandlers Ford SO53 4ST followed by refreshments in the Church.

Allen, Claire and Helen are hoping that as many of her friends as possible will be able to join us to celebrate Jean's life, what she meant to each of us and that she is now with her Lord. In keeping with her wishes we would prefer people not to wear black.

Gifts in memory of Jean will be donated to: PLANETS – a local charity that helps people with pancreatic and associated cancers by funding patient support groups, innovative treatments and research and Macmillan Cancer Support, both charities have supported Jean during the last year.
