It’s hard to believe that my beautiful friend Julie is no longer here. I can hardly remember a time without her in my life and although we didn’t get to see each other often in recent years, there will always be a place in my heart where Julie belongs. She was my best friend all through grammar school and also in our early working lives. We left school on the same day and made sure that we got our first jobs together at the same company! She was a wonderful friend and our young formative years together were full of fun, laughter, affection and mischief. I am so grateful that I was able to visit her just a few short months ago - I will treasure the memories.

My beloved friend Julie afforded me the greatest gift of total freedom to be myself. She knew all about me and still loved me!
Our friendship did not need constant attention, the strength and bond never waived.
We laughed ( a lot ) and cried (not as much) but we could talk for England. We would often talk for an hour in the car before even pulling away in the car.
I might not recall what we said but I will never forgot how she made me feel.
I will miss my wonderful friend beyond words but I also have so many precious memories to rely on when the rawness of grief subsides.
It was a privilege knowing you Julie Lee xx

I can't believe my best friend has gone from this world. So many memories of the good times we had that will last me a lifetime. Heaven has definitely gained an Angel of the highest order. The best friend a girl could have: never judgemental, never critical and just full of smiles and goodness. So fortunate to have had this Lady in my life and I will be eternally thankful for that. Sleep tight my Bestie, until we meet again. xxxx
