Michael,
I learned of your passing only recently.
What an incredibly, wise, grounded and humble gentleman to have had the pleasure of meeting.
You never failed to have a fantastic sense of humour, with an outlook on life that always managed to put things into perspective. It was a pleasure to have spent time with you and to have met various members of your ever supportive family. I know you are resting peacefully.
I will miss talking sport with you, but I'm sure you won't miss my poor porridge making skills!
A one of a kind, in the best way.
