Mum passed away on the 16th August 2024 after fighting so incredibly hard against her illness.
Her strengths were many; Incredibly generous, a great laugh, caring, selfless, successful, and a fantastic host.
Her weaknesses were perhaps having too keen a love for five star hotels and sparing no expense

We have had so many years of friendship. Supporting through many trails and tribulations but mainly happy memories enjoying walks, spas, dinners, fizz and shopping (and you could shop!). Hours of chatting and sharing stories.
A wonderful friendship.
Whenever I drink Champagne I’ll be raising a glass to you. Sweet dreams Ann.

My dear sister, the great organiser, she would organise you even if you didn’t need organising, I don’t say this in a bad way ,this is what she loved to do for people she loved.
She was always there for me in a crisis ,and there has been a few, it takes a very special person to travel half way round the world for a weekend just to make sure her brother is okay ,she didn’t need to do this but did anyway because that’s who she is .
I don’t know where you are now sis , but god help them if the place isn’t run properly.
I’m already missing our late night long distance phone calls, especially when we’re both outraged over the state of politics .
You’ve been taken far too early sis ,
