Fond memories of working alongside Dave over a number of years in the Dewsbury area. He was a solid and reliable friend and colleague, good to have around when you needed support. I don't ever remember him being anything other than cheerful and with a smile on his face. Thanks for your support to my son, Dave.
Deepest condolences to Margaret and family at this sad time.

I knew Dave for many years and worked with him closely on numerous enquiries. He was without doubt one of the best sergeants I served with. Dave’s ability to remember and recite jokes always amazed me. Anne and myself remember the sometimes hilarious trip to Heathrow Airport with Dave and Margaret and our children in a Ford Fiesta!
Our condolences to Margaret and the whole family.
RIP Dave
