Jan passed peacefully away at home on Sunday 5th May 2024, aged 68 years.
A beloved wife of Leonard and a much-loved Mum, Nan and Sister.
Jan will be sadly missed by all her loving family and friends.
The family have request that everyone who attends is in formal attire, with a bit of Red or Yellow
Donations in lieu of flowers in memory of Jan are for the Beacon Centre at Musgrove Park Hospital can be given here Or at the end of the service the day.
