Dress code, Smart or casual - something colourful, and if possible to represent the colour of one of the cancers on the cancer colour charts to represent those affected. Black is ok too as this represents the Melanoma.

Worked with Keith and Dawn as a Special when I joined in 1986 and we all became friends. Great times and learnt a lot from him and Dawn. So proud when he joined the Regulars. Can't believe you are no longer with us and won't hear that chuckle anymore. Sleep pain free RIP and much love to Dawn.

Keith was the 60 driver when I joined 4 Section Gillingham/Rainham. Although on the same section I stated at the Agency so did not get to know the Rainham side that well until being moved over there. Keith was always so friendly and willing to help. I also remember his imposing presence at the many disturbances outside The Zone or Excalibur night clubs. Such a quiet kind man but very handy to have if you needed assistance. Why is it always the nice ones that are taken too soon. RIP Keith

We have known Keith since he joined Maidstone NARPO and worked closely with him while he had been in the post of Treasurer. He had a good sense of humour and when he occasionally called into see me over a committee matter, usually over a cup of coffee, it was accompanied by lots of anecdotes. Rest in peace Keith, you will be missed. Thoughts with you Dawn

I was shocked to read this sad news. An absolute gentleman and a pleasure to work with. My sincere condolences to Dawn and the family.
Unfortunately I will be out of the Country and will be unable to attend the funeral – I will raise a glass in his honour though!

Born in Bredhust Road, Wigmore eight years after me but delivered by the same mid-wife, Nurse Maisy, Keith and I trod very different divergent paths through life. Different characters, not often in agreement but he was still my Brother. I have fond memories of Saturday mornings when I proudly pushed Keith in his pram to our Nan in Wigmore Road, went to Ward’s the newsagent for comics and sweets and to Sherlodge Garage to collect my Nan’s wireless lead-acid accumulator, which I put down amongst the pram blankets; the acid burning them and being told off by Mum. These were different untroubled times; we were of different generations. Keith put up with all this well and prospered in life, so learn of his passing was a shock and not expected. He’s still my Brother and will not be forgotten.

Such a shock to hear of Keith’s passing. Spent many happy hours working with him at Gillingham where he was my boss in the Specials. We became good friends and was proud to see him join the regulars where he continued his great service to Kent Police. Outside of Policing we had some fun times together. I was always grateful for Keith’s advice and he was so caring, kind and supportive. One of the best ones has now passed and I am also thinking of Dawn and family at this time. RIP Keith and sleep well.
