Our lovely Dad/Grandad passed away peacefully on the 7th April 2024, aged nearly 89. The patriarch of the family, we will all miss him greatly but we are thankful for his long, happy and active life, still playing tennis and swimming until recently. RIP Dad xx

I just wanted to say how sorry I was to see this, found whilst looking online to see if I could see any news of Gordon.
I worked with Gordon at LWW, he was very kind to give me a chance to qualify as an accountant at a somewhat mature age and I have always been very grateful to him for that.
He often spoke of his daughters, I think I attended the wedding party for one of you, and grandchildren. You were obviously all very loved.
I am glad he had such an active retirement, especially after caring for your Mum, and hope he didn't suffer.
He was a true one-off and must have left quite the hole in your lives but hopefully lots of good memories as well.
