In loving memory of James Johnson (Jim) who sadly passed away on 2nd April 2024.
Our hearts are broken, we have lost our hero.
A beloved husband to Christine, devoted father to Milly and Tina and an adored dada to Joe, Liv, James and Tom.
Life will never be the same without him but we have the most amazing memories - Jim always lived life to the full and he will be missed by many.
We will continue to make him proud and honour him in everything that we do. He worked hard to give his family a wonderful life and we are all so grateful for everything he has done for us.

Jim, we will miss everything about you.You were the first person we had the pleasure to socialize with in the village on our very first ever New Years Eve at The Woody. You made us feel very welcome and you soon got Diamond up to sing a song chosen from your Kareoke book... thanks for the good times.
Our sincere condolences to Christine and all your family and friends xx

Fun Chorus members miss you terribly. You were always there, just behind me, so it was easy to follow the harmonies. Loved your cheeky dancing too. Thanks for all the music Jim.

Jim, I write these words, with tears in my eyes, as I have just read all the obituaries that your loving friends and relations have sent to you and your family. My name for you, will always be Jim the Builder. Always there, maybe a little late!, but always willing. You will remain one of the most naturally funny men I have ever known. And an excellent joke teller as well! You would even laugh during the telling of the 2 Dogs Joke, " Going to Crufts"even though you had told it 100's of times!! We have laughed and cried, sadly now we cry alone, but at your funeral I will rejoice, in the fact that I have known and loved you Jim the Builder!

Auntie Chris, Tina, Milly, Joseph, Olivia, James, Tom and all the family.
We are so saddened to have to say goodbye to such a wonderful man. Uncle Jim was simply the best and lit up every room with his warmth, sense of fun and gentle, loving nature. We mourn with you all in grief that we will never be able to enjoy his company again, but will hold on to the very many memories over my lifetime.
One of my first memories was of a NYE party when he walked in wearing a silver dress, Tina turned wig and stiletto heels. I wouldn’t go anywhere near him for the whole night bewildered by this uncle Jim imposter.
This photo I upload was taken at our wedding where as always, he owned the dance floor and enjoyed his love of music and good times.
It breaks my heart that you have to endure the pain of losing such a dear husband, father and dada.
James and I will be in attendance next week to pay our respects and to celebrate his life spent with you all.
Love Holly, James, Florence and Nancy x x
