This donation page has been set up in loving memory of our Daughter Bonnie Elizabeth Rose Jackson who was born sleeping on 22nd February 2024 @ 38weeks.

The charities we have selected are just a few who have supported us ensuring we have been able to capture as many special memories and keepsakes with our precious baby girl Bonnie.

About the non profit charities -
Forever Finley
A charity run and founded by the parents of Finley William Smith who was born sleeping Jan 2018; They work full time jobs running their business along side operating their charity; providing treasured keepsake castings
to bereaved parents.
We were fortunate enough to have them meet with us and Bonnie whilst we were in hospital and sharing the memories of casting Bonnie's little hands and feet which will provide an everlasting comfort to us.

Mid & South Essex Hospitals Charity - Butterfly Bereavement suite - Southend Hospital -
This private suite is based within Southend hospital and was our safe haven from the 19th Feb - 29th Feb 2024 after we received the heart breaking news our baby girl had fallen asleep in her mummy's tummy. The room became a home away from home, allowing us an area away from the main labour wards for Bonnie to be born the way we planned whilst being given around the clock care from the midwives. We were both able to stay in this room for the 10days we were at the hospital with Bonnie building the memories we could. Bonnie was able to stay with us 24/7 in a cold cot that again is supplied by this facility. The suite provides all basic needs within, such as washing facilities, care packages, kitchen facilities, baby clothes & comfort teddies, keepsakes, and memory boxes provided by other small charities to avoid any further distress of needing items at short notice. The suite is run by the bereavement midwives who support parents of angels through the next steps which are hard to navigate in a state of grief; they also continue to provide ongoing support to bereaved families after hospital discharge.

Dresses for Angels -
A charity run by a mother who set this up after her daughter Lillie-Grace was born sleeping in 2016; providing outfits/gowns for babies to be dressed in for their funerals/celebrations of life. This charity uses wedding dresses and other dress materials to make these garments. Creating beautiful packs containing garment/gown, knitted hat & blanket, knickers and knitted keepsake these packs are sent out to bereaved parents at no cost. Talya donated her wedding dress to the charity which has made Bonnie's forever gown, the remaining material from Talya's dress has stayed with the charity which has been made into gowns that will be sent out for other families in need.

There will be a cash donation box at Bonnie's Celebration of Life service; proceedings will be sent to Dresses for Angels and also charity 4Louis which is a charity that provides free memory boxes to hospitals for bereaved parents to make keepsakes of their babies.
