Iris Roberts was born Iris Hughes in Llithfaen, North Wales in 1930. On 6th February 2024, she passed away peacefully at 93 years old.
Iris was married to Ray Roberts for 50 wonderful years and is survived by 3 children and their partners - Ceri and Colin, Garry and Maria, and Bryn and Rachel, as well as 7 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
She was a colourful and vivacious woman, who kept giving her cheeky wink until the end.
A great lover of far-flung holidays (amazing given her sense of direction) and healthy doses of wine, she set a great example of fun to all around her.
She was the consummate matriarch of a close and loving family, we will all miss her dearly.
For those who would like to attend, the funeral is on the 12th March at 11am at St Paul's Church in Carlton.
