I’m sorry i wasn’t there in the end as I could’ve been, I look back through these pictures on your obituary often and I remember you that way, I don’t think you would mind that
I’m a chef now gran, isn’t that strange, gone from cooking my own packet pasta’s to cooking for 100 people In a fine dining room, I think you’d be proud. I never realised the impact you had had on me until you were gone. Every time I eat freshly washed grapes or go into mums fridge knowing there will be cherry tomatoes waiting there for me, every time someone else orders a burger In a restaurant
Or someone’s straightened their beautiful fucking (you won’t mind) curly hair . I understand now. That’s your legacy.

Andrews 60th party today Mum wish you could be there ❤

Auntie Val I have so many good memories of staying with you and Uncle Andrew and my cousins Rachelle Andrew Donna Michael Valerie when you lived in Scotland. Missed you all when you moved to Kent and I didn’t see you so much. I cherished the times when we did meet up.
You were such a lovely person, so kind, so funny, so loving. Always smiling. You will always be a special Auntie to me. Love you lots. X

Granny grey hips was a crazy eccentric lady, she said what she thought and we loved her for it! She absolutely loved spending time with Alby and he loved all the attention she gave him. I can still hear her voice in my head plain as day say "hello darling" or her shouting "love you" when you were half way down the road not caring who else was around.

What a great mother in law she kept me In order that’s for sure miss you babe xx❤️
