In loving memory of Tracy Grant, who sadly passed away on 10th December 2023 due to a short battle with Pneumonia.
Tracy was the most beautiful soul and our life’s won’t be the same without her, there will forever be a hole in our hearts.
She was a much loved Mum, Mamar & Friend that could never be replaced.
Until we meet again, you will live on forever in our hearts.

Funeral to be held at Mansfield Crematorium on the 8th January at 15:00pm
