On 7th December 2023, at his home in Batley, aged 91 years, John, devoted husband of the late Barbara, beloved dad of Linda, Stephen, Mark, Gillian and the babies Amanda and Michael, wonderful grandad of Philip, Becky, Adam, Katie and Shaun, a dearly loved grandad, great grandad, and great great grandad, also a loved brother, brother in law and uncle. A Legend.
Funeral service will be held at Staincliffe Parish Church on Friday 12th January 2023 at 11am, followed by interment at Batley Cemetery.
Friends and family please gather at the church. Family flowers only, donations in his memory and that of Barbara may be made for MacMillan Cancer Relief.
