John Denton (23 Oct 1945 - 16 Nov 2023)

Have fond memories of John as a great friend and classmate when we attended Westcliff High School (1957 - 62). We spend many hours together recording pop songs on my Grundig reel to reel recorder and then recording ourselves singing along afterwards. As teenagers we whiled away many an hour together in coffee bars and then later on in the local hostelries. Haven't seen him since he came to our wedding in 1966 but he was often in my thoughts.
