Steve Elliston

Steve passed away peacefully at home on the 9th November 2023, aged 73 years. Much loved husband of Kay and dad to Tom.

Burial Service on Monday 4th December at 10:30am, at Atlantic Rest Natural Burial, Penlow Field, Woolley, EX23 9PP.

Please wear flat shoes. No specific dress code. Family flowers only.

  • Waited on Zoom for funeral to start, but depute host ‘waiting’ it never connected. Very sad for family in 2 location here in Australian plus 1 in Cardiff to miss this occasion. Perhaps there was bad weather or some other problem. Very sad. Karin Turner & family, plus the Hetherington family.

  • Dear Karin, I’m so very, very sorry that the Zoom didn’t work. Please accept my profuse apologies. I NEED TO MAKE IT CLEAR THAT THIS WASN’T SET UP BY THE FUNERAL DIRECTOR AND WAS IN NO WAY THE FAULT OF OUR WONDERFUL FUNERAL DIRECTOR, DENISE WELLINGTON, WHO ORCHESTRATED EVERYTHING BEAUTIFULLY, Thank you Denise. A friend set it up for me and due to the situation, we couldn’t monitor it totally. I’m working with my friend on a partial solution and will pass it out to those folks I know weren’t able to access the Zoom. Love to all in Australia and Cardiff.
