In loving memory of Phillip, who sadly passed away on 5th November 2023 after a battle with Cancer.
A loving son, brother, friend, husband and daddy. He was an amazing man that was loved by everyone.We miss him so much and our hearts are broken but he was the bravest man right until the end.
He requested to go to Havens Hospice, and they were truly amazing. They had so much care, compassion and dignity for not only him but for his family and friends that were by his side. We therefore request any donations go to Havens Hospices Charity.
We love you Philly, always and forever xx
