In loving memory of Marion Ingram (nee Palmer) who sadly passed away on 8th October 2023 aged 77 years.

Mum was born in Rochester to Cyril and Amelia (Milly) Palmer. She was the middle child and only girl of her 6 brothers Brian, Keith, Colin, Roy, Ian, and Derek.

She married Dad (Bryan) in 1965 at St Peter's Church (now demolished). First living in Gillingham and then St Williams Way Rochester where their two girls Joanne and Zoe both spent their early years. They moved to Lower Halstow in the 70's and spent over 50 years living in the village.

Mum was a home maker and a clever, creative and kind person. Mum and Dad enjoyed holidays in the Mediterranean especially Greece and the Greek Islands, France, and Spain, and visited Australia twice to spend time daughter Zoe and family.

Mum was also Grandma to Roman (21) only son of Zoe's, Matthew (18) and Lucas (14), both Jo's sons.

Her passing was unexpected after a short stay in hospital.

We'll all miss you greatly xxx

Stuart Roberts donated £43.65 in memory of Marion

Marion and I connected a few years back via the Palmer website.Ann and visited Marion and Bryan in the summer of 2020 .We spent a lovely day with them and promised a return the following year. But came the lock down.
After reconnecting we never lost touch with regular emails and we were planning to visit this Christmas and hopefully meet up with, and get to know long lost cousins. We were so looking forward.
Our hearts go out to all of you who knew and loved Marion. We are unlucky not have shared the love and friendship you all had but in the short time that we were able to share a feeling had grown in us that makes her loss a very sad time also.
To my cousins and their own families Ann and I send our sincere condolences.
Bless you Marion,
Stu and Ann Roberts
