In loving memory of Maria Gramaglia who sadly passed away on 11th October 2023. Long remembered in hearts of all who met her and called her friend.
She was always quick to lend a hand and offer words of support and advice to all who knew her.
Remember not for her deeds, but from the warmth she added to the hearts of all those who knew her.
Could we kindly ask that, instead of flowers at the funeral if you would kindly donate to Haywood House Hospice, as this is where mum spent her last 4 weeks. The Consultant, Drs & nurses showed mum such kindness & made sure she was very comfortable….nothing was a problem. They also kept us informed as a family, letting us know what care mum was receiving & any medication changes.. …we cannot thank them enough for their kindness & support.
Haywood House deserve all the help they can receive through donations as they truly are angels ❤️

I am sorry that I will not be able to attend the funeral, but I will be thinking of you during these sad time. I will miss aunty Maria. She was a wonderful lady. You always made everyone feel welcome. You was always busy and on the go, just like my mum, your sister. It was lovely to see you one last time, when I came down in August to see my sister. Everything I saw you, you always had a smile on your face. I will miss you. Rest in peace

Maria was friendly, warm and welcoming to us. She always greeted us with a big smile and it was always a pleasure to see her. Our family, Giovanni, Stella, Eliana, my mother Janet and myself, Tara, offer our sincerest condolences to Maria's family.

It is with great sadness I hear of Maria's passing. Without doubt one of the kindest people I have ever known. As dear Bruno would attest on the many occasions I'd visit him in my younger days, Maria would always spoil me with tea and cakes every single time and make me feel loved. Always laughing and smiling at my stupid jokes, may she be laughing and smiling now with my parents talking about the old days. Maria was a truly special woman who I will never forget. Rest in Peace.
