In loving memory of Kathleen Jackson who sadly passed away on 20th August 2023.

A donation box will also be available on the day of the service, donations to be split between King's Mill Hospital and QMC Hospital Neonatal Unit.

If you wish to join us to remember and celebrate our Mum’s life, we will be having refreshments at Stadium Leisure, 190 Nottingham Road, Nottingham NG5 1EG from 2:30pm - This will be in the room near the back of the venue.
