Finally at rest and re-united with his loving wife Sheila. He has been a great mentor and grampa to my children Mark and Sarah. Sadly missed by so many. God bless and goodnight.

To my lovely Grampa,

The inventor, the story- teller, the man who never missed an opportunity to tell us how proud he was of his grandchildren. On Thursday we say goodbye, but I will never forget the special memories we had with you. Thank you for being so wonderful. So, as you would always say, night- night, God bless.

All my love Sarah xxx

It's hard to sum it all up in a sentence or two say what you meant to us. You were simply the most perfect Grampa, the greatest innovator, a gentleman and my hero. I will miss our talks about how things work and listening to the stories about all the things you had made over the years. It won't be the same without you, but know we love you, say hello to nana for us and I know we'll meet again some sunny day. Goodnight Grampa, all our love Pete, Julie and Olivia Rose xxx
