Derek Brinklow (22 Feb 1953 - 25 Jun 2023)

In loving memory of Derek Brinklow who sadly passed away on 25th June 2023. Derek (known as Del or Delboy) was born on 22 February 1955 and grew up in Tebworth, Bedfordshire. After leaving Kingsbury School in Dunstable, he went on to have a long and successful career at Renault Trucks, retiring in 2015. Del was passionate about football. In his younger days he played for teams such as Waterlows and Lewsey and was highly thought of by his team and opponents alike. Del was also a lifelong Arsenal supporter and spent many a happy hour watching and discussing his beloved team.

Del is survived by his wife Lynn, daughters Joanne, Nicola and Stephanie, step-son Tom, sons and daughter-in-law James, Dan and Jessica and his six grandchildren, Jack and Sam, Ben and Alex, and Evie and Noah.
