In loving memory of Daphne Hill who sadly passed away on 19th April 2023. Her Son David Hill and Daughter Joanne Bekis (accompanied by a district Nurse) were present when Daphne passed away peacefully.
Surrounded by love and kind words, it was a typical spring day, blue skies and fluffy clouds. Her brother Paul Marshall and sister in law Freda Marshall arrived shortly after to spend their final moments with Daphne. Close immediate family have been supportive throughout.
Daphne enriched the lives of many and family and friends will miss her greatly she was a much loved and respected lady.

Reunited with your love, I found this valentine card today mum and it melted my heart. Such beautiful words. You and dad met on a valentine’s dance at Alfreton. Your marriage and love was eternal.
You giving Teddy my rescue his welcome love and snuggles, he fell in love with you at first sight. How he watched your every move and protected you and checked on you in your final weeks was so heart warming. Such a huge bond between you both.
Christmas 2021 oh how you loved spoiling Willows and Teddy. Willow loved you so much xxx
