On 25th March 2023, whilst in the safe care of Manorcroft Nursing Home, aged 97 years, Winnie, beloved wife of the late Gerard, proud and loving mum of Jayne and Sara, a dear mother in law, loved grandma and great grandma, a very dear aunt and friend.
Funeral service will be held at St Aidan’s RC Church, Mirfield on Tuesday 18th April 2023 at 10.30am. Friends and family please gather at the church. Family flowers only, donations in her memory may be made online or sent to George Brooke Ltd., for the benefit of The St Vincent De Paul Society.

Winnie was a really dear friend of my mum (Julia). Most of my memories of Winnie are in my early years but I still recall that any time spent with Winnie was full of her warmth, charm and kindness. I send my condolences to Winnie’s family and I am sure that so many people will have similarly fond memories of a really lovely person.
