In loving memory of Emily Jane Blackwell who was taken from us far too suddenly and far too soon on 2nd March 2023, aged 38.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be sent to the East Midlands Ambulance Service NHS Trust in Emily's honour, either by using the link on this website, by sending care of our funeral director (whose details are also on this page), or by donating on the day of the funeral. We have chosen EMAS as a reflection of our thanks for the incredible efforts made by the attending paramedic crew from Beechdale Ambulance Station.
