Leslie Potter (30 Jan 1934 - 3 March 2023)

In loving memory of Les Potter who sadly passed away on 3rd March 2023 at the grand old age of 89.

This is a great loss to his family, friends, and all who knew him.

Les was a loving, resourceful, and genial character with an amazing zest for life. This fearless nature led to many exploits often resulting in great tales.

For those who knew him well, know what a kind and generous hearted husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, uncle and friend he was. Les loved nothing more than to be surrounded by his family and friends.

We would love to see all the family and friends at the funeral and wake. Please let us know if are able to attend.

We are requesting no flowers but if you'd wish to make a donation we would suggest the British Heart Foundation.

The most wonderful man to ever grace our lives. If I can be half the man you were dad, I would be eternally happy.
Thanks for the guidance and support through our lives, you made them richer and happier. You were one in a million!

Dear Pop,
Our lives will never be the same again without you here with us. We were so lucky to share so many fun and happy times with you. There was never a dull moment with you around- you were such a fun, caring and kind Grandad and Great Grandad and always entertained us. We learnt so much from you (even how to cheat at cards) and you were always there to lend a hand.
We will always remember your hilarious stories and will forever bring a smile to our faces.
Forever in our hearts,
Ryan, Sam, Alfie and Jack xx
