In loving memory of Andrew Powell "Andy" who sadly passed away on 3rd February 2023
Andy was a man with a big heart, Those that knew Andy or even knew of him will know that he had a heart transplant 37yrs ago he embraced the chance of a second chance at life and as he said "he had one hell of a ride" he lived to windsurf and we travelled the world making memories He still found the time to set up his own company and never had time to sit down!
He always saw the good in people, he always backed an underdog and he absolutely gave life everything he had .
He is a shining example of how to live your life to the full
Andys celebration of life is on 1st March at Wessex Vale Crematorium Hedge End Family Flowers Only Please however should you wish to donate in Andys memory please click on the link to the right they are all worthy causes

I Would like to thank everyone for their kind words and donations for Andys nominated charities £271 was raised for kidney research, £382.91 for Mountbatten Hampshire & £816.68 for Royal Papworth. I know some donated on the day some dropped off cheques and cash at Jonathan Terry and some via Just Giving and other donation sites. I have personally spoken to them all and they are so very very grateful and i know Andy would be so very pleased Thankyou all for your generosity

Andy was a true inspiration, facing so much in life but continuing to live life to the full. He fought so hard and overcame so much and was very lucky to have you Becky by his side through every step. We have made a small donation to each of the charities direct through our CAF account.

One of the strongest people I’ve ever met. Went through so much but I never saw him once moan or complain. Definitely used him as an inspiration to keep going in life when things got tough. Will miss watching him fall asleep at Christmas even when there is a ton of kids all going crazy! You definitely deserve to rest in peace x
